For the Tacos: Corn Tortillas Picked pink Onions Shredded Cabbage Radishes (thinly sliced) Cotija Cheese Sliced Avocado Lime Juice (for coating avocado) Cilantro Salsa Verde (recipe follows) . . For the Salsa Verde: 5 Medium Tomatillos (husked and rinsed) 1 Jalapeno (roughly chopped) 1/four cup Onion (finely minced) 2 Garlic Cloves (skin on) Juice of 1 Lime 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/3 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
